Do it Yourself Divorce

A do-it-yourself divorce is possible if you and your spouse agree to divorce and can agree on the details without the assistance of lawyers.  The divorce process is not difficult but usually requires a court visit for at least one of the spouses. The process begins by completing the DivorceWriter interview. You receive the divorce package by email or by postal mail. Follow the instructions for filing the divorce.
